By booking a service with LuxeSpeed Limo, you agree to the following terms and conditions. LuxeSpeed Limo reserves the right to modify the GCS at any time.
1. Booking and Confirmation

Reservations: All bookings must be made via our website, mobile app, or official contact numbers. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email/SMS.
- Accuracy: The Client is responsible for providing accurate pick-up times, flight numbers, and addresses. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

2. Pricing and Payment

Rates: Prices are calculated based on the vehicle type, duration, and distance.

Additional Charges: Prices exclude wait time (unless specified).

Payment: Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept Credit Cards, Bank transfers, PayLink and etc.. The entire invoice must be paid before the reservation begins. Otherwise, services will not be provided.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 12-24 hours will incur a 50% fee.

Modification: Any modification must be communicated to LuxeSpeed Limo 8 hours before the Service.

No-Show: If the passenger is not present at the pick-up location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without notice, the full fare will be charged.
4. Wait Time and Delays

Airport Pick-ups: We offer a complimentary grace period of 60 minutes for international flights from the time the plane lands.

Standard Pick-ups:The driver will wait until 15 minutes after the agreed appointment time. After this time, if the Customer is not present , he will be considered as absent (“no show”) and the amount of the Service will be invoiced. If the Customer agrees to an extended wait, this will be carried out and billed extra, based on the actual waiting time.
5. Passenger Conduct and Damage

Behavior: Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a safety risk.

Cleaning Fee: If a vehicle requires professional cleaning due to passenger negligence (spills, sickness), a fee of 50 000 AMD will be applied.

Damages: The Client is financially responsible for any physical damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior by themselves or their party.
6. Prohibited Activities

Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Illegal Substances: The transport of illegal drugs or hazardous materials is strictly forbidden.

Overcrowding: The number of passengers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle.
7. Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure: LuxeSpeed Limo is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, traffic accidents, road closures, or mechanical breakdown. In the event of a breakdown, we will attempt to provide a replacement vehicle of similar quality.

Personal Items: We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please check for all belongings before exiting.
